    When booking a cleaning with us you're opting into Calls, Texts and Emails updating you about the status of your cleaning, you are able to opt-out at anytime.

  • Customer Service

    Please take down our Customer Service/Cleaning Feedback phone number, are you ready? 1 (856) 856-5685. You can call or text that number at anytime for assistance after we get off this call, and don't worry we will text you the number as well.

  • Terms & Policies

    Please refer to our Terms and Conditions/Warranty of Service, regarding payments, reschedules and cancellations. We have a 24 hour policy regarding reschedule and cancellation. We will send you a link to these as well.

  • Payment

    We take a card on file and/or small deposit ahead of your appointment. 48 hours prior to your cleaning, we send you a message to CONFIRM the cleaning. Once confirmed, 24 hours BEFORE your cleaning, we will Pre-Authorize, or place a temporary hold to ensure funds are available. Any delays in funding will result in a delay of services.

  • Utilities & Arrival

    Please ensure electricity, lights, and running water are available. Remember the 2-hour arrival window.

  • Last But Not Least

    Please make sure we have arranged a way for the cleaners to gain access for the cleaning.

I need to cancel my appointment.

We understand things happen! You may cancel any of your appointments by visiting your account or giving us a text or call. Keep in mind that any cancellations or reschedules made after 12:00 PM the day before your cleaning will result in a $50 cancellation fee. You can also contact us if you wish to cancel your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

We only ask you to notify us by 12:00 PM the day before your appointment if you wish to cancel or reschedule to avoid a $50 same day cancellation fee. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment online after 12:00 PM for a next-day cleaning, you will also get charged a $50 fee.

How long will my cleaning take?

For Flat Rate cleanings, we do not have set time requirements for the providers. Instead, the provider(s) stay as long as necessary to complete the service. Cleanings may vary based on the condition of the home as well as the size and extras selected. We will always reach out and give options if any cleaning needs to be adjusted. Our PriorityList Cleaning is our only cleaning that will be booked hourly with a 2 hour total minimum.

 
How do I get a quote on my cleaning?

To receive an instant quote, you can visit our ‘Book Now‘ page. Fill in as much detail about your home currently and the service you need. An instant quote will be given to you. Then all you need to do is put a card on file to get your cleaning reserved on our calendar. If you wish to receive a quote via phone, you can reach our sales team directly +1 856-474-3437.

How many cleaners are sent to my home?

Typically we send our cleaners in teams of two but we leave that up to our teams to coordinate. If you wish to request more cleaners, you can either contact us or try rescheduling the service with a specific team if you have one in mind.

How do I apply a coupon to a cleaning?

Its easy! When you book online please enter your coupon code during the check-out page. The coupon field is labeled ‘Have a Coupon Code?’ and can be found right where ‘Enter Payment Details’ is located. You can also use a promo code over the phone. Let our representative know, and they will apply the discount to the booking.

Do I have to be present during the cleaning?

You do not. However, we encourage customers to provide detailed instructions during the booking process. Such as what needs to be done, special requests, how to get into the home, and how to lock up as well. We typically prefer customers to be home to do thorough walk through before, during, or after the cleaning to ensure satisfaction.

When will I be charged for the booking?

Your card is charged AFTER the appointment is completed. Even though you are not charged until after the cleaning, our system will put a small hold on your card to ensure funds are available. If you cancel the booking prior to the visit, the hold will be automatically released.
