Now this is our "Deluxe" option meaning inside fridge, inside oven and inside cabinets are all included. We offer this since we know not everyone needs those details done on their move in cleaning but this option is available to bundle all those add ons at a cheaper price. Who Books This Service?

Typically, we offer our CleanStart+ | Deluxe Cleanings to customers who are moving in or out of their home and want to get a complete fresh start. The CleanStart+ Deluxe option makes more sense for customers who need inside of their appliances cleaned or property owners who need a fresh start to their house or apartment. The CleanStart | A la carte Cleaning is more suitable for those who don't need inside of those appliances.

In order for us to provide our services, it is essential that your home is equipped with functioning water, lighting and electricity.

Everything we can clean has to reachable by a 1-2 step ladder. All hard to reach areas will subject to ReachRequirements "RR".

The following services are currently not offered:

• Cleaning of paint stains • Cleaning of Chandeliers • Wet Wiping of Light Bulbs • Cleaning of Bio-hazards (Mold, etc)

• Re-cleans after another unaffiliated service was done • Hoarding • Moving Heavy Furniture More than 50lbs

• Cleaning animal waste/litter/insects • Cleaning of exterior of home • Washing of Exterior Windows

• Bodily Fluids (blood, urine, vomit, feces) • Cleaning while another service provider is present
