Professional House Cleaning in South Jersey

Tina’s coordinates cleanings with background-checked, insured cleaning professionals. We try to keep continuity when schedules allow, but the same cleaner is not promised for every visit. Tina’s remains your central contact for booking, communication, payment and customer support.

Standard house cleaning (RoutineCare) is for homes that are already kept up. Deep cleaning (PureRenewal) is a one-time reset for homes that need more attention, and it’s where we’d start if it’s been a while. Move-in and move-out cleaning (CleanStart) is for empty homes. Post-construction cleaning (RemodelRevive) handles renovation dust, and Heavy-Duty Cleanup (ClutterCare) is for homes that need junk removal before a deep clean. Not sure? Call or text and we’ll tell you which one we’d book.

Every cleaning is custom quoted to fit your home. Your price is based on home size, cleaning type, current condition, frequency and the add-ons you choose, and the booking form shows it before you submit, so you see the number before you book. Prefer a set price? The fixed-hour Specials are two cleaning professionals for 2 hours at $198, 3 hours at $298 or 4 hours at $398.

TinaCare+ is a 3-visit introductory plan. Visit 1 includes the deeper-clean upgrade, then visits 2 and 3 are recurring cleanings. Complete all 3 visits to keep the discounted first-clean price. If you cancel before all 3 visits are completed, the remaining difference between the discounted first-clean price and the regular first-clean price becomes due. After visit 3, there’s no long-term contract.

Need a cleaning soon? We can often match customers with an available cleaner same day or within 24 to 48 hours, depending on location, service and schedule. Plan for a 2-hour arrival window, because the cleanings booked before yours can take more or less time than expected. If you have movers, a closing, guests or another hard deadline, tell us before your appointment.

Yes. Cleaners arrive with standard cleaning supplies and equipment. If you want a specific product used, provide it and leave it out with clear instructions. Let us know ahead of time about product sensitivities or special surfaces.

You do not need to be home. Provide secure entry instructions before the appointment and tell us about alarms, pets, restricted rooms or anything the cleaner should know. Pets that may be anxious or territorial should be secured during service.

We do not add paid time without your approval. You can usually choose one of three options: approve additional cleaning time, keep the original appointment length and focus on your priorities, or schedule another visit for the remaining work.

Walk through before the cleaner leaves and tell us if anything in your booked scope was missed, so it can be fixed on the spot. If you notice it later, contact our office within 24 hours and we’ll send a cleaner back to re-clean it at no charge, or take care of it at your next scheduled cleaning. If that falls on a weekend, call the next business day and it still counts.

48 hours before your cleaning, a temporary preauthorization is placed on your card to secure the appointment. It’s a hold, not a charge. Your card is charged once the cleaning is complete. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge more than 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours, a late cancellation is $60 and a late reschedule is $30.
