Who books it

When a routine clean isn’t enough.

A deep clean is the right call when the home needs catching up, not just keeping up.

  • Your first clean with Tina’s

Starting with a deep clean resets the home, so every visit after it is maintenance, not catch-up.

  • It’s been a while

Months of baseboards, fixtures, door frames and grout don’t fit into a routine visit. A deep clean is built for them.

  • Before guests or a holiday

The details guests notice, done top to bottom before they arrive.

  • Before a showing or listing

Getting a furnished home ready for buyers, photos or an open house.

TinaCare+

Want it to stay this way?

TinaCare+ is a 3-visit introductory plan. Visit 1 includes the deeper-clean upgrade, then visits 2 and 3 are recurring cleanings.

Book it if you already know you want regular cleaning after the deep clean. If this is a one-off reset, book a deep clean on its own instead.

TinaCare+ in 3 visits

  1. 1

    Deep start

Your first appointment gets the deep-clean upgrade.

  2. 2

    Keep it clean

Your first recurring visit maintains the work from visit one.

  3. 3

    Keep the routine

Your second recurring visit finishes the plan. No long-term contract after this.

Important: complete all 3 visits to keep the discounted first-clean price. If you cancel before all 3 visits are completed, the remaining difference between the discounted first-clean price and the regular first-clean price becomes due.

Pricing

What a deep clean costs, and when you pay

There’s no single price for a deep clean, because every home is a different size and condition. Here’s what sets it and how payment works.

What moves the price

Your price is based on home size, cleaning type, current condition, frequency, the add-ons you choose, and reserved time where it applies. A home with heavy buildup can add the Heavy Duty add-on.

You see it before you submit

The booking form calculates your price from your details before you submit. If the home turns out to need more time, you get options first, and nothing is added without your approval.

The card hold, and when you’re charged

48 hours before your cleaning, a temporary preauthorization is placed on your card to secure the appointment. It’s a hold, not a charge. Your card is charged once the cleaning is complete.

Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours ahead and there’s no fee. Inside 24 hours, a late cancellation is $60 and a late reschedule is $30.

We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. No cash and no checks.

How it works

From booking to the final walkthrough

  1. Homeowner booking a deep cleaning on her phone
    1

Book and tell us about the home

Enter the home’s size, its condition and the add-ons you want. Add entry, alarm, parking, pet and lock-up instructions if you won’t be there.

  2. Tina's office team confirming the booking details
    2

    We match your cleaning professionals

Tina’s reviews the details and matches an available team of 2 to 4 vetted, background-checked, insured cleaning professionals. Confirmation and schedule updates come by email and text.

  3. Two Tina's cleaners deep cleaning a living room
    3

    The deep clean

Plan for a 2-hour arrival window. The cleaning professionals arrive with standard supplies and equipment and work through every item on the list. You don’t need to be home.

  4. Homeowner walking through the finished home with her cleaner
    4

    The walkthrough

If you’re home, walk through before the cleaner leaves and point out anything missed. Notice it later? Contact us within 24 hours and we’ll send a cleaner back to re-clean it at no charge, or take care of it at your next scheduled cleaning.

Contact the office, not the cleaner. Tina’s stays your contact for booking, communication, payment and support.

Our advice

If it’s been a while, start with a deep clean.

A routine clean maintains a home that’s already maintained. It can’t catch up on months of baseboards, fixtures and grout in the same time. Start with a deep clean, then keep it up with regular visits, and every visit after the first one is maintenance instead of catch-up.

That’s exactly how TinaCare+ is built: the deep-clean upgrade on visit 1, then recurring visits.

Where we clean

Deep cleaning services across South and Central Jersey

Serving South Jersey since 1998, and now Central Jersey too. We deep clean homes across Camden, Burlington, Gloucester and Mercer counties. Pick your area.

What’s the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?

A standard clean maintains a home that’s already kept up. A deep clean is unconditional: every item on the list is cleaned whether or not it looks like it needs it, including baseboards, door frames, light switches, ceiling fans, cobwebs, stair railings, fully wiped cabinet fronts, a descaled sink and treated grout.

What does a deep cleaning include?

The whole home: floors with edges and corners detailed, dusting including décor and picture frames, hand-wiped baseboards, doors and frames, switches and handles, ceiling fans and fixtures, the kitchen with a degreased stovetop and descaled sink, scrubbed bathrooms with grout treated, and the laundry area. The full room-by-room checklist is on this page.

Are baseboards included in a deep clean?

Yes. Baseboards are hand wiped on every deep clean. On a standard clean they’re dusted on request and usually skipped.

Is the inside of the fridge and oven included?

No, they are add-ons you choose at booking, along with the inside of cabinets and drawers. Empty and defrost the fridge, run the oven’s self-clean cycle and empty the cabinets before the cleaning.

How long does a deep clean take?

It depends on the home’s size, its condition and the add-ons you choose, and cleanings are done by teams of 2 to 4 cleaning professionals. Plan for a 2-hour arrival window on the day, and if the home needs more time you get options before any extra work is added.

Should my first cleaning be a deep clean?

If the home hasn’t had a professional clean in a while, yes. Start with a deep clean, then keep it up with regular visits, so every visit after the first one is maintenance instead of catch-up. TinaCare+ is built that way: the deep-clean upgrade on visit 1, then recurring visits.

How much does a deep clean cost?

The price is based on home size, cleaning type, current condition, frequency, the add-ons you choose, and reserved time where it applies. The booking form calculates your price from your details before you submit.

What if my home is really dirty?

Add the Heavy Duty add-on for extra scrubbing of built-up grime and neglected areas. If the home needs junk or item removal before it can be cleaned, that’s Heavy-Duty Cleanup, our ClutterCare service. We do not add paid time without your approval.

Do I need to be home for the deep clean?

You do not need to be home. Provide secure entry instructions before the appointment and tell us about alarms, pets, restricted rooms or anything the cleaner should know.

Do you deep clean apartments?

Yes. A deep clean works the same way in an apartment, condo or townhouse as in a house, and the price is based on the home’s size and condition.
