Where does Tina’s Clean Team clean?
We serve South Jersey and Central Jersey, including Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Mercer counties. Enter your address in the booking form and we check it against the current service area before confirming the appointment.
What if something was missed during my cleaning?
Walk through before the cleaner leaves and tell us if anything in your booked scope was missed, so it can be fixed on the spot. If you notice it later, contact our office within 24 hours and we’ll send a cleaner back to re-clean it at no charge, or take care of it at your next scheduled cleaning.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge more than 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours, a late cancellation is $60 and a late reschedule is $30.
How soon can you schedule a cleaning?
Need a cleaning soon? We can often match customers with an available cleaner same day or within 24 to 48 hours, depending on location, service and schedule.
