How much a cleaning costs
The price of a house cleaning is based on home size, cleaning type, current condition, frequency, the add-ons you select, and reserved time where it applies. The booking form calculates your price from your details before you submit. The fixed-hour Specials are the exception: 2 hours with two cleaners for $198, 3 hours for $298 or 4 hours for $398.
What sets the price
Why there is no one-size price list
A studio apartment and a large family home are not the same job, and two homes the same size can need very different amounts of work. So the price comes from your details, not a list.
Home size
The size of the home sets how much there is to clean.
Cleaning type
Standard, deep and move-in or move-out cleaning each work to a different checklist.
Current condition
A home that has not been cleaned in a while takes more work. Condition is a price factor, not a judgment.
Frequency
Standard cleaning can be booked one time, weekly, every other week, every 4 weeks or twice a year.
Add-ons
Extras like the inside of the fridge, oven or cabinets are chosen at booking and priced in the form.
Reserved time
Where a booking reserves a set amount of time, like the fixed-hour Specials, the time sets the price.

How and when you pay

- Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. No cash, no checks, no exceptions.
- 48 hours before
- A temporary preauthorization is placed on your card to secure the appointment. It’s a hold, not a charge.
- After the cleaning
- Your card is charged once the cleaning is complete.
- Cancelling or rescheduling
- Free of charge more than 24 hours before the appointment. Inside 24 hours, a late cancellation is $60 and a late reschedule is $30.
- If the home needs more time
- You get options before extra work is added: add time, focus on your priorities, or schedule another visit. Nothing is added without your approval.
- Discounts

Why is there a hold on my card before the cleaning?
48 hours before your cleaning, a temporary preauthorization is placed on your card to secure the appointment. It’s a hold, not a charge. Your card is charged once the cleaning is complete.
Do you take cash or checks?

How is commercial cleaning priced?
Commercial cleaning is quoted. Tell us about the space and add photos if you can: most spaces are quoted from the details and photos, and larger or more detailed spaces get a free on-site walkthrough. Either way the quote comes with a written scope, and commercial invoices are due within 30 days at most.
