Are supplies and equipment included?

We bring standard supplies and equipment, and we can use yours if you prefer. Anything specific to your space is agreed in your written scope.

How do you bill?

Invoices are sent electronically and are due within 30 days at most. We don’t take on net 60 or net 90 terms, and payment is electronic only, with no cash and no checks.

What if something gets missed?

Contact the office, not the cleaner, within 24 hours and we’ll send a cleaner back to re-clean what was in your booked scope at no charge, or take care of it at your next scheduled cleaning.
