How much does common area cleaning cost?

Do you clean units between tenants?
Yes. Move-in and move-out cleaning (CleanStart) is for empty homes and apartments, and it’s booked online. For the common areas, ask for a quote first.
Can one company cover several properties?
Tell us about each property when you ask for a quote, and each one gets its own written scope. Tina’s remains your central contact for booking, communication, payment and customer support.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. There are no long-term contracts for commercial customers.
Are your cleaners background-checked and insured?
Yes. Tina’s coordinates cleanings with vetted, background-checked, insured cleaning professionals. Each one carries their own coverage, and Tina’s carries its own coverage in addition to theirs.
Do I need an in-person estimate?
Usually not. Most spaces are quoted from the details and photos you send. Larger or more detailed spaces, and medical and dental offices, get a free on-site walkthrough.
How fast will I hear back?
We reply to commercial requests within one business day.
How many cleaners will you send?
Teams are sized to your scope: from two cleaning professionals, and more than four when a larger space needs it.
How often can you clean?
Anything from a one-time clean to daily service, and more than once a day when a space needs it.
Can you clean before or after business hours?
Tell us your hours when you ask for a quote. Scheduling is part of your written scope, and we agree the schedule with you before the first visit.
Are supplies and equipment included?
We bring standard supplies and equipment, and we can use yours if you prefer. Anything specific to your space is agreed in your written scope.
How do you bill?
Invoices are sent electronically and are due within 30 days at most. We don’t take on net 60 or net 90 terms, and payment is electronic only, with no cash and no checks.
What if something gets missed?
Contact the office, not the cleaner, within 24 hours and we’ll send a cleaner back to re-clean what was in your booked scope at no charge, or take care of it at your next scheduled cleaning.
