Post-construction cleaning in South Jersey

Detailed cleanup for renovation dust and the mess left after the project is finished. Every renovation leaves a different mess, so post-construction cleaning is quoted per project. Tell us what was done and we’ll come back with your options.

What post-construction cleaning is

RemodelRevive is Tina’s post-construction cleaning: detailed cleanup for renovation dust and the mess left after the project is finished. Because no two projects leave the same mess, it’s quoted per project instead of booked from a fixed checklist.

  • Quoted per projectbased on what the work left behind
  • After the workbooked once the project is finished
  • Water, power, lightsneed to be working on the day
  • Your approval firstnothing is added without it
Why it’s its own service

A deep clean isn’t built for renovation dust.

Our house cleaning, deep cleaning and move-out checklists are written for homes people live in or have just moved out of. Post-construction dust and debris sit outside all three, so booking one of them after a remodel means the work your project left isn’t in the plan.

RemodelRevive starts from the project instead. You tell us what was done and where, and the quote is built around that.

Your quote

What we’ll ask about your project

A good quote starts with the right questions. Have these answers ready and your options come back faster.

  1. What was done

A kitchen or bathroom remodel, a finished basement, an addition, new floors or a whole-home renovation.

  2. Where the dust reached

Which rooms and floors the work touched, and which ones were closed off.

  3. When the work finishes

The date the last trade is out. We schedule the cleaning for after it.

  4. Lived in or empty

Whether you’re living in the home during the project or moving in once it’s done.

  5. Your deadline

A move-in date, a listing, guests or a closing. Tell us before the appointment.

  6. Your priorities

The rooms and areas that matter most to you, so we know where to start.

If something on your list isn’t something we do, we’ll tell you before you book.

Before cleaning day

Is the home ready for us?

Four things to check before your post-construction cleaning.

The work is finished

Please make sure the construction work is finished before your cleaning.

Tools and clutter are out

The home should be free of tools and clutter so the cleaning professionals can reach the surfaces.

Water, power and lights

Working water, electricity and lighting are required for the cleaning.

Access is sorted

Share secure entry instructions and tell us about alarms, pets or restricted rooms before the appointment.

Junk or leftover items to clear first? That’s Heavy-Duty Cleanup, by assessment.

Who books it

The project’s done. The dust isn’t.

Post-construction cleaning is for the stretch between the last trade leaving and the home being yours again.

  • After a remodel

A new kitchen, bathroom or basement, and a fine layer of dust on everything around it.

  • Moving into a renovated home

The work wrapped up before move-in day. Get the cleanup done before the furniture arrives.

  • Getting a property ready

Updates finished before a listing or a new tenant, and the home needs to show the work.

“While they were working, it turned out to be a bigger job than originally anticipated but Cory communicated with me immediately to see how I wanted to move forward. My house is cleaner than when we moved in!”

When to book

Book it for after the last trade leaves.

Clean while painters, flooring installers or electricians are still working and their dust lands on everything that was just wiped. Wait until the work is finished, then clean once.

  1. Living in the homeBook for the first day after the work is finished, and tell us which rooms you need back first.
