How does TinaCare+ work?
TinaCare+ is a 3-visit introductory plan. Visit 1 includes the deeper-clean upgrade, then visits 2 and 3 are recurring cleanings. Complete all 3 visits to keep the discounted first-clean price. If you cancel before all 3 visits are completed, the remaining difference between the discounted first-clean price and the regular first-clean price becomes due. After visit 3, there’s no long-term contract.
Is TinaCare+ the same as recurring cleaning?
TinaCare+ is a way to start recurring cleaning. Your recurring cleanings follow the standard house cleaning checklist on the schedule you pick, and TinaCare+ adds the deep-clean upgrade to visit 1 of the first 3 visits. You can also book recurring house cleaning on its own.
What’s included in the first visit?
Your first appointment gets the deep-clean upgrade: the deep cleaning checklist, including hand-wiped baseboards, door frames, switches and handles, ceiling fans and fixtures, cobwebs, treated grout and descaled fixtures. Visits 2 and 3 follow the standard house cleaning checklist.
Is my booking confirmed when I submit the form?
Submitting sends a booking request. It’s confirmed once the details are reviewed and an available cleaning professional is matched, and updates come by email and text.
How often can the recurring visits be scheduled?
TinaCare+ visits can run weekly, every other week or monthly. You pick the schedule in the booking form.
What happens if I cancel before visit 3?
If you cancel before all 3 visits are completed, the remaining difference between the discounted first-clean price and the regular first-clean price becomes due.
Can I use the $20 online booking code with TinaCare+?
No. TinaCare+ isn’t a coupon code, and the $20 online booking code can’t be combined with it.
How much does TinaCare+ cost?
TinaCare+ is priced for your home. The price is based on home size, current condition, frequency and the add-ons you choose, and the booking form shows it before you submit.
When is my card charged?
48 hours before your cleaning, a temporary preauthorization is placed on your card to secure the appointment. It’s a hold, not a charge. Your card is charged once the cleaning is complete. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge more than 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours, a late cancellation is $60 and a late reschedule is $30.
