Your price is based on home size, cleaning type, current condition, frequency, the add-ons you choose, and reserved time where it applies.

The booking form calculates your price from your details before you submit. If the home turns out to need more time, you get options first, and nothing is added without your approval.

We confirm your schedule
Submitting sends a booking request. Tina’s matches an available team of vetted cleaning professionals, and confirmation and schedule updates come by email and text.

Cleaning day
Plan for a 2-hour arrival window. You don’t need to be home if entry instructions are provided in advance.

Then it repeats
Your visits keep the home on schedule. Notice something missed? Contact us within 24 hours and we’ll send a cleaner back to re-clean it at no charge, or take care of it at your next scheduled cleaning.

What’s included in each visit?
Every recurring visit follows the standard house cleaning checklist: throughout the home, the kitchen and the bathrooms. Add-ons like the inside of the fridge, oven and cabinets can be chosen on any visit.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
Tina’s coordinates cleanings with background-checked, insured cleaning professionals. We try to keep continuity when schedules allow, but the same cleaner is not promised for every visit. Tina’s remains your central contact for booking, communication, payment and customer support.
How much does recurring house cleaning cost?
It’s priced for your home. The price is based on home size, cleaning type, current condition, frequency and the add-ons you choose, and the booking form shows your price before you submit.
Do I need to be home for each visit?
You do not need to be home. Provide secure entry instructions before the appointment and tell us about alarms, pets, restricted rooms or anything the cleaner should know.
When is my card charged?
48 hours before your cleaning, a temporary preauthorization is placed on your card to secure the appointment. It’s a hold, not a charge. Your card is charged once the cleaning is complete. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge more than 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours, a late cancellation is $60 and a late reschedule is $30.
