The only fixed prices are the fixed-hour Specials: 2 hours $198, 3 hours $298, 4 hours $398.

What actually sets the price?

Price is based on home size, cleaning type, current condition, frequency, selected add-ons, and reserved time where it applies.

You’ll notice there are no ranges and no “starting at” figures on this page. We don’t publish them, because a range tells you almost nothing about your own home.

When do I find out what it costs?

Before you submit. The booking form calculates your price from your details, so you see the number first and decide second.

Are there any fixed prices?

Yes, one set. The fixed-hour Specials: 2 hours with two cleaners for $198, 3 hours for $298, 4 hours for $398.

Does condition change the price?

Condition is a price factor, not a judgment.

And if the home turns out to need more time than booked, you get options before extra work is added. Nothing is added without your approval.

Is there a deposit?

It depends on how far out you book.

Bookings scheduled more than 30 days out require a deposit before confirming.

Bookings inside 30 days get a temporary preauthorization instead, placed 48 hours before the cleaning. A preauthorization is not a charge. The agreed amount is processed after the cleaning.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel or reschedule free of charge more than 24 hours before the appointment. Inside 24 hours, a late cancellation is $60 and a late reschedule is $30.

We publish the real figures because you should know them before you book, not after.

How do I pay?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted. No cash, no checks, no exceptions.

If you want a routine

Recurring House Cleaning, TinaCare+, is a 3-visit introductory plan. Visit 1 gets the deep-clean upgrade at the discounted first-clean price. Visits 2 and 3 are recurring maintenance, and there’s no long-term contract after visit 3.

The terms, stated plainly: if the plan is canceled before all 3 visits are completed, the remaining difference between the discounted first-clean price and the regular first-clean price becomes due.
